As part of their continued expansion ASDA have recently built new state-of-the-art head offices for George, their highly successful clothing division at Magna Park, Lutterworth.

Working in conjunction with our sister company Reglit® Glass Architecture, our LumaglassTM screens were specified to echo the exterior Reglit® Profilit screens used in the stairwell. This use of LumaglassTM helps to emphasise the bright open reception space during the day, and acts as a feature lighting source giving secondary and security lighting after dark.

The Lumaglass screen is a vertical installation along the back wall and in front of the reception desk. NP26 profiled Cast Wired Sandblasted glass were used and installed double glazed and the electroluminescent light softly diffuses a glow throughout the reception area, creating a very aesthetically pleasing effect.

This was a particularly enjoyable project to work on with Reglit® and we are pleased at the successful outcome of the installation and the fact that we met the high and detailed specifications set to us at the beginning of the project.
