Lumaglass™ at AMF Bowling

Cast toughened sandblasted glass with aqua light
Pro-lane bowling chain, AMF Bowling, opened a new state of the
art complex in High Wycombe, designed by architectural practice
GIA, the centre sports their brand new private party concept - the
VIP Lounge.
The lounge consists of four bowling lanes, widescreen plasma TVs
and deluxe seating arrangements, available to hire for functions,
birthdays and other private events.
The whole is cordoned off from the rest of the centre by a three metre tall, double glazed Lumaglass screen. The glass panels are sandblasted to the inner face of each layer to afford the occupants a feeling of privacy and exclusivity, while the aqua electroluminescent light provides a fun and funky vibe, throwing a touch of affluence over the area.
Viewed from the outside the curved installation creates a sense of intrigue and draws interest toward the VIP experience offered.
