When the white light is not illuminated, the light appears salmon coloured simmerely when the Green/Blue is off it appears white. This is due to the dyes used to create the base lights. Other colours are achieved through the application of colour filters over the white or aqua base light. The table below gives an indication of how the filters effect the light transmission from the base lamp.
