Aluminum frame

• Simple aluminum periphery channel system incorporating a locating plastic insert for the glass panels, preventing glass to metal contact.
• Quick and easy installation process.
• Complete aluminum profile range extruded from high-grade aluminum.
• The plastic retaining insert is impact and weather resistant.
• Frames can be anodised or powder coated in a wide range of architectural colours.
• Available in the two main ranges to suit both the NP and SP glass types, with a large variety of extrusions to suit any installation condition.

Also available with thermal break, preventing cold bridging through the glazing system.

Silicone sealant

• High quality translucent silicone, which picks up the natural tint of the glass.
• One-part moisture curing sealant recommended.
• Applied to all glass to glass, glass to aluminum and aluminum to structure joints, providing a completely weather tight seal to the system.

Outstanding durability, resisting chemical and atmospheric deterioration.

Impact gasket

• Produced from a translucent PVCu material.
• Applied during the installation process to the edges of the glass flanges.
• Provides improved impact resistance
• Incorporated in the following circumstances:
• Specific safety glass applications
• Large span applications
• Applications where there is risk of ball impact.

Lighting System

• Produced from an electroluminescent material.
• Adhered to the inside of the glass flange
• Powered by a compensating inverter.
• Coloured by using gels.
