The Lumaglass light source is fully recyclable; uses no gas and no mercury in its production. Similarly the glass and aluminum element of the Lumaglass are also fully recyclable.

As the lumaglass light source is an iridescent light it reduces light pollution, it also produces no waste heat or infrared light.
